Who can confirm my setbacks?
The county in which the building is located.
Who pulls the permit?
We will get this taken care of as soon as possible prior to starting your building.
Where can I find my delivery date?
Your delivery date can be found on page 1 of your contract.
When will a crew be out on my property?
Ideally, our goal is to be on your job site starting two weeks after delivery dependent on weather.
Do I need to call Dig Safe?
We will contact Digg Safe prior to starting your building.
Can I move my windows or walk doors?
Windows and walk doors may be moved on site if they are not installed. If moved after install, there may be a cost associated with the relocation.
Can I move my overhead door?
Overhead doors can generally not be moved unless done prior to ordering materials.
Do I need to be at my property during construction?
We will need you a couple times during construction but we will notify you 24hrs prior.
Who insures my materials?
We highly recommend calling your insurance company to insure your building materials and labor. Once the materials are dropped off, these are yours! ( Please inform your insurance carrier that you have class 4 metal.)
What happens if the weather is bad?
The joys of Kansas is having all seasons within a few days. We try our best to be as productive as possible and may work indoors, if indoor work is available. We will reschedule if necessary.
When do my blue prints arrive?
Stockade tries to send these as soon as possible. They can take up to three weeks to arrive depending on the complexity of your building. We also offer email prints, which can arrive sooner at times.
How can I receive my invoices?
We normally email these invoices or we can also print them at our office for your convenience.
Where can I mail/drop off payments?
Our mailing address is 1653 N. Andover Rd. KS 67002 and we also have a secure drop box in front of our office for after hour payments.
